Job Description:
- Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, e-mail, or text.
- Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
- Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
- Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Handle Incoming Sales Calls.
- Make 80-100 outbound calls per day using dealership sources, NO COLD CALLING
- Set appointments for customers to visit our dealerships (No direct selling involved)
- Utilize the hands-on training and coaching provided to effectively build rapport with customers, overcome concerns and objections, and motivate customers to take action (appointments).
- Help our dealerships achieve sales goals by developing business and following up on opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Previous automotive BDC sales experience a plus
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance
- Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
- Professional Appearance
- Bilingual is a HUGE PLUS
- Work in a team environment with other customer service representatives on our internet sales team.
- Customer service representatives set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team.
- Customer service representatives manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Customer service representatives enter customer information into the dealership's computer database.
- Customer service representative follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
