Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to join our great team. As the lead for our construction projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, permitting, execution, and delivery of the project. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes as well as a very driven personality that drives positive results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from conception to delivery.
- Manage multiple projects successfully and efficiently.
- Supervise and complete turn-key projects from breaking ground to the final punch list. Accountable for the entire project management process.
- Manage team accountability for project documentation, contracts, budgets, schedules, deadlines, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deadlines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Implement a proven project management system and help execute this system into the business while also looking for efficiencies in the processes.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
- Lead project management meetings, providing clear communication and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues, risks, conflicts, and unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits throughout the construction process.
- Assist in the permitting processes and successfully obtain permits in a timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, in-house teams, and suppliers to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free construction site.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including construction supervisors and support staff.
- Collaborate with the leadership team, provide insight, and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Qualifications:
- MUST be located in the Denver Metro area in Colorado
- Significant & Proven Construction Management experience.
- Experience with prefabricated metal buildings and reading construction documents
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a successful track record of managing a multi-million dollar construction department for at least 10+ years.
- Expert knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools with the ability and willingness to learn new software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and changes in project scope.
- Understanding of budgeting, project schedules, financial analysis, and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams toward successful project completion.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech savvy overall, especially with construction software and phone applications.

This is a FULL-TIME position…you must have daily availability to work from 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Standard Time.
