Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess strong skills in behavioral therapy and medical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic programs
- Provide training to caregivers and other professionals
- Monitor client progress through data collection
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Knowledge of medical records and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients and families
