**Property Assistant**
**Overview:**
Join our team as a Property Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our properties. As a Property Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to property management, maintenance, and customer service.
**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective residents
- Assist in upselling property amenities to enhance tenant experience
- Support property maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Utilize Property Management Software and Excel for tracking maintenance requests
- Assist in all task that may asrise throughout the day.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Support owners in day-to-day operations using OneSite software
**Skills:**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
- Ability to upsell property features and services effectively
- Knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
- Negotiation skills for vendor contracts and service agreements
- Solid administrative skills for managing documentation and data entry
- Understanding of Section 8 and LIHTC programs in property management
- Experience with OneSite software or similar property management platforms
