After initial 30 days of employment, ADIS does offer the opportunity for BCBA's to work remotely from home (based on clinical directors discretion) performing such duties: updating data sheets, making stimuli, team meeting(s)(with one or more BT/RBT), telehealth parent training (when applicable), completion of session notes (related to clients), and report writing.

Qualifications:
- Professional certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master’s degree.
- Must have experience working and implementing ABA interventions with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Experience working as a behavior supervisor (preferred not required) designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors on how to implement these interventions.
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB
- Experience conducting assessments

Responsibilities include:
Create and modify applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs. Train behavior technicians and parents to implement ABA treatment plans, conduct face-to-face supervision, assess the clients treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each clients treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured ,conducting assessments (initial and ongoing) and progress reports for each clients funding source, attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the clients present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals, consult with parents, school personnel with SLP, OT, PTs, etc. in person, on the phone, or through video, conduct annual performance evaluations and career mentorship for behavior technicians, and supervise, train and manage behavior technician.
