Fabric Pre-Production Sourcing and Development Coordinator
The Fabric Pre-Production Sourcing and Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely development and sourcing of fabrics in support of our Design Team(s) objective to deliver fabrications that align with the requirements set forth by the various business partners that we service.
Must have a solid understanding of textiles and an ability to coordinate/execute various coinciding department calendars to achieve goals.
Textile experience is a plus!
What will you do?
Summary of some duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for Fabric sourcing/development and distributing/executing fabric WIP updates, Centric updates, and related communications to all interdependent departments.
- Oversees accuracy and timely management of Centric workload and updates for New Fabrics across all divisions.
- Helps to construct Fabric/Trim Assistant(s) weekly job duties and offers as-need support to Fabric Assistant(s) to personally oversea their execution.
- Manages the BV Fabric Test Tracking List, FAS Spark Updates, Target Production Costing/Counter Fabric Quality list and oversees Fabric Development Assistant / Fabric Compliance Associate who tracks and inputs updates.
- Oversees and is responsible for training Fabric Development Assistant to maintain quarterly invoicing & Agent Billing including year-end reporting, plus 3D Billing.
- Creates project calendars and delegates status updates, approvals, and feedback to ensure the Fabric team meets deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze workflows across the divisions for consistency and provide suggestions for efficiency improvements.
- Extract and create reports and analyze data as needed to ensure company goals are met.
- Onboard, train, and troubleshoot all fabric employees on new projects/programs as needed.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Centric, A2000 as it applies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
