Responsibilities:
1. Sales, Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase Fabrika’s visibility and reach.
Create and distribute all promotional materials and manage online advertisements.
Utilize social media platforms to promote events and engage with existing and potential
customers.
Collaborate with local influencers to expand Fabrika’s reach.
Maintain a strong online presence through Fabrika’s website and social media accounts.
Target convention and hotel conferences, capitalizing on ways to attract and sell to each.
Target companies that use a destination management company and independent planners
to find event venues.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings and revenue growth.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
2. Event Planning:
Organize and plan special events, theme nights, and parties to attract a diverse clientele
Oversee the end-to-end event planning process, and all event management
Coordinate with DJs, bands and performers to ensure a memorable entertainment
experience.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with performers and vendors.
Stay flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances including last-minute changes to
events or promotions.
3. Guest List Management:
Maintain a guest list of regular and VIP patrons providing them with special privileges
and incentives.
Handle guest list requests and reservations ensuring a smooth entry process for VIP

4. Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, Hotels, Casino’s, event
organizers, and influencers to cross-promote events and attract a broader
audience.
Attend industry events and parties to stay updated on current trends and potential
collaborations.
5. Sales and Ticketing:
Implement strategies to maximize ticket sales and revenue.
Track attendance and sales data to measure the success of promotional efforts.
6. Customer Service:
Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere to encourage and grow repeat
business.
Enhance attention to customer satisfaction.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Address and promptly resolve any customer concerns.
7. Venue Coordination:
Collaborate with Fabrika’s management and staff to ensure smooth operations
during events.
Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for
patrons.
8. Budget Management:
Manage a promotional budget allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Keep track of expenses and revenue to maintain profitability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
