Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Previous experience as a dental office secretary or medical receptionist is preferred
