Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, and possess strong leadership skills to support the General Manager in daily operations.
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and service are maintained
- Manage kitchen operations and staff, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Support shift management, including scheduling and supervision of staff
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Coordinate and oversee banquet events with attention to detail
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food industry, or fine dining establishments
- Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
