Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Multimedia Content Producer with focus on Videography is responsible for creating and executing content across various marketing channels to enhance the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center's internal and public image. This role involves the development and production of engaging marketing materials, including digital content, videos, and graphics. Must have a strong sense of concept development and solid knowledge of printing processes, video communications and digital photography. Web design skills are a plus.

In this role, you will:
- Consult with clients and experts to design video content that meets business needs, manage the entire production process including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing, and maintain quality control to ensure consistency across all video outputs. Also includes motion graphics creation and managing video archives.
- Utilize advanced photography techniques to capture compelling images that tell a story, including conducting annual photoshoots featuring donors, patients, and volunteers. Process, edit, enhance, and archive photos for use across various creative projects.
- Design and produce digital and print collateral such as flyers, posters, banners, mailers, and promotional items for diverse demographics. This includes creating mockups, mood boards, design briefs, and coordinating with print vendors to oversee the production and distribution of materials.
- Assist with marketing collateral pre-production and scheduling projects.
- Provide design direction and HTML support for email marketing campaigns, website and intranet, and liaise with internal customers to support the utilization of in-house production equipment.
- Promote professional growth by meeting continuing education requirements and skill competencies and contribute to department-based goals that support the organization’s success.
- Ensure the integrity of the corporate brand is maintained throughout all donor and partner-facing marketing efforts.
- Ensure safe care to donors, patients, staff and visitors; adhere to all Blood Center policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
- Support with other duties as assigned.
- Enforces Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center's policies on EEO and Safety/Health.
- Assists with validations and projects as assigned.
We need someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, computer science, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience setting up and operating different types of video equipment, including cameras, tripods, microphones, lighting, and other technical gear.
- Proficiency with industry standard graphics software and tools (e.g. Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver), Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve, etc.).
- Experiencing utilizing photography techniques, methods and equipment to capture images to tell a story.
- Experience with email design tools and platforms, alongside knowledge in HTML and CSS.
- Multimedia production capabilities, including shooting, editing, and producing content using DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and understanding of video conversion and codecs.
- Thorough knowledge of four-color and digital printing processes, with the ability to deliver print-ready files.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously for multiple internal clients while maintaining superior attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of social media, with a strong drive to pursue creative multimedia projects.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Must meet standards of The Blood Center’s Vehicle Safety Program.
