We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Aurora.

Duties:
- Implement treatment plans under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, mobility, and function
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for injury prevention.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records including daily SOAP Notes and flow sheets.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Proficient in therapeutic exercise techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- This position requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and a valid Colorado license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an outpatient clinic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
