Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Data entry (time keeping)
- fuel invoices (match receipts)
- usage equipment
- Keep up with Hotel stays
Skills:
- Proficiency in excell for managing financial transactions
- Strong customer support skills to assist clients effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Basic clerical skills including filing, organizing, and record keeping
- Accurate data entry skills to maintain records efficiently
