Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and handle all incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring that all messages are properly documented and distributed.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Utilize computer literacy to effectively operate office software and equipment, including phone systems and calendar management tools.
- Coordinate project tasks and deadlines, ensuring that all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, waiting area, and supply closet.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Proofread documents and materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative role is highly preferred.
- Experience with calendar management, phone systems, and office software is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software is necessary.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately.
