Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking veterinary care and advice
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments for veterinary examinations, surgeries, procedures and other pet services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Educate customers on available services and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Collaborate with the veterinary care team to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and service requests
- Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Knowledge or experience in veterinary medicine is a plus
