LuxLimited, LLC is an innovative provider of online courses designed for K12 students, aiming to enhance the educational experience across various educational institutions including public schools, private schools, charter schools, and school systems. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B salesperson to join our team and drive our efforts in reaching decision-makers within the education sector.
Compensation: Part-time hourly rate + commission.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with decision-makers in K12 schools, school districts, and related educational organizations.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of K12 educational institutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and present our online course solutions.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our online courses.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales within the K12 education sector or similar fields.
- Education Knowledge: Strong understanding of the K12 educational landscape, including the needs and challenges faced by schools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, manage the sales process, and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales tools, and online communication platforms.
