Credit Union Loan Source (CULS) is a prime indirect auto finance company headquartered in Alpharetta, GA that was founded in 2005. CULS is one of the fastest growing lenders in the indirect auto space. Our dealer network spans across 1200 franchise dealerships in 25 states.
We are looking for an experienced Dealer Relationship Manager to join our sales team and help grow our $3+B portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging their experience and relationships in their markets to expand our footprint. Build your market from the group up by the benefits of CULS' program to franchise dealers. Work with a cross-functional team to grow and enhance business relationships with auto dealers.
Responsibilities
Develop new business through daily visits to auto dealerships to train and promote company's Indirect Lending Program. Cold-call and communicate via telephone and mass communication such as email to introduce the company and identify perspective dealers within the target market. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of general economic conditions and trends that may affect the Indirect Lending Program. Monitor competitor’s rates and program changes. Identify and communicate dealer’s needs to ensure quality service is provided. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage contact information and record details of engagement. Serve as liaison between dealership personnel and the Originations/Funding staff. Identify, suggest and implement marketing opportunities and programs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years equivalent professional experience is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be self-motivated and work independently. Detailed knowledge of auto dealership operations and indirect lending. Must have strong marketing, sales and relationship management skills. Able to utilize necessary technology for role (PC/iPad/Smart phone). Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
