Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in a dynamic multi-faceted Venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, Bar, Lounge and Nightclub operations.
Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the Venue
- Analyzing and planning Venue sales levels and profitability with managing partners
- Organizing and delegating staff members for marketing activities, such as promotional events and Staff Social Media involvement.
- Working directly with marketing team and Music booking for promotions and Events.
- Planning and coordinating drink/food menus.
- Front-of-house:
- Coordinating the entire operation of the Venue during scheduled shifts.
- Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
- Responding to customer complaints.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
- Engaging with customers and oversee VIP Manager/Hosts in organizing table reservations.
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Housekeeping:
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Oversee Head bartender in Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.
- Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
