CalPERS Customer Experience Division (CXD) is seeking to fill a Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) in the Workforce Strategy and Optimization Section (WSO), Division Coordination, Analytics, and Technology (DCAT) Team 2.
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), the SSM I acts as the first level manager over the DCAT Team 2 within the WSO Section, and is responsible for the overall oversight, management, and daily operations of the unit. The SSM I responsibilities include working through subordinate analytical and office support staff to plan, organize, manage, and direct the day-to-day operations of the DCAT Team, and provide oversight for section and/or division initiatives, special projects, and assignments that are assigned to the DCAT Team.
