Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, with the most important skills of Bookkeeping, Payroll, Project assistance(construction bidding), and Typing!
(Quickbooks desktop pro 2019 & Sage50 Accounting)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle payroll processing and employee scheduling
- Train and develop new employees on office procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist in event planning and coordination
Skills:
- Proficient in office management software (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Experience in front desk operations and phone etiquette
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with supervising staff members
- Prior experience in event planning
