Position Summary:
The Program Manager for Production Operations will be responsible for analyzing business challenges and competing priorities across functional domains to design and implement an integrated holistic solution for unobstructed contract lifecycles and enhanced customer experiences. A successful candidate will drive initiatives from ideation through launch and build out the vision into sustainable long-term programs, policies, and products. Strong Project Management fundamentals are a definite requirement along with both the passion and patience for solving complex and dynamic problems. The Program Manager of Production Operations will collaborate with the executive team, senior leadership, project managers, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute on a compilation of strategic initiatives that drive business standardization, efficiency, and innovation.

Responsibilities:
· Demonstrated ability to act as a thought leader and operational expert for assigned areas.
· Comfortable in ambiguous situations, able to strategize the best unified path forward based on industry experience, known information, and alignment from key stakeholders
· Develop, review, validate, implement, and maintain a process for managing new and existing product orders and comprehensive proposal portfolios.
· Leads and interprets quantitative and qualitative analyses that contribute to the development of strategic insights. The Manager must function in a detail oriented, analytical, organized, and objective manner with the constant ability to analyze data quickly and ascertain a plan of action.
· Creates action-oriented insights, content and recommendations in written materials for senior leaders.
· Translate business objectives into actionable programs with defined KPIs, milestones, and success criteria
· Ability to identify, understand the impact of, and taking the initiative to identify, report, and mitigate potential risks ahead of executive decision makers
· Focus on delivering real customer value by balancing priorities and ensuring optimal utilization of cross-functional resources
· Keen understanding and ability to implement standards for design and user experience in every deliverable across program initiatives
· Provide management functions: 2 – 15 employees with the ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate and influence others
· Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills to provide a first-class customer experience and strengthening the relationship in all aspects of the customers environment
· Obtain consistent feedback on open issues, concerns, opportunities, and assessment of customer satisfaction level; perform adjustments as needed to meet expectations
· Maintain CRM and project tracking tools to fully understand current and future state of all orders
· Ensure smooth transition from sales to the support team once service delivery objectives are achieved
· Manage and direct activities associated with out-of-scope change management
· Develop, review, validate, implement, and maintain a process for managing new and existing customers
· Ability to read, understand, and make recommendations regarding proposals, and legal contracts
· Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly activity reports
· Provide weekly/monthly activity reports to customer
Requirements:
· Four-year degree in Business Administration an Engineering and/or business major preferred 5+ years in management consulting, product management, strategy & operations, or related roles
· A minimum of two years of experience in the areas of Network Services
· A minimum of four years of experience in Project Management / account management
· Experience in an Information Technology environment preferred
· PMP certification strongly recommended
· Ability to resolve conflicts and/or negotiate with others to achieve positive results; establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
· Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma and/or Agile/Scrum techniques
· Excellent follow up and reporting skills are required
