Duties:
- Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, contacting patients to schedule when referrals are received and managing patient records.
- Assist with office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Utilize Scheduling software system for financial transactions.
- Provide support to medical professionals as needed.
- Coordinate with medical office staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient care.
- Greet patients, check them in, and verify insurance information.
- Scan medical notes and patient information and maintain accurate documentation.
Skills:
- Proficient in using office software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Experience working in a medical office or as a dental receptionist is a plus.
