ROI is currently collaborating with a Massachusetts-based General Contractor in their search for a Punch List Coordinator in the Boston area. This is a contract-based assignment for a large-scale multi-unit residential project.
Position Responsibilities:
- Utilize company software to prepare and deliver daily reports to project manager and other senior leadership
- Provide strong communication with client and other representatives
- Responsible for functioning in a support role to the Project Superintendent
- Help coordinate punch list teams to complete tasks successfully.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong proficiencies with Procore, Microsoft, and computer tablets
- Ability to read construction plans and documents
- 5-10+ years experience within commercial multi-unit construction
