Job Summary:
Roessel Joy is partnering with a Hotel in Boston looking for a Front Office Manager to start ASAP! The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
On-Site M-F 9-5, Need Weekend/Night Flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct night audits and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting procedures
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area
- Handle phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Foster positive guest relations and handle any guest complaints or feedback effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and accounting principles
