JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Pre-Closing Real Estate Compliance Specialist to join our team at LPT Realty. As a specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all transactions adhere to regulatory and organizational standards, guaranteeing smooth and compliant pre-closing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough reviews of real estate transaction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with agents, clients, and internal teams to address any compliance-related queries or issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to ensure all transactions are in full compliance.
- Identify potential compliance risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Participate in training sessions to educate agents and other team members on compliance protocols.
- Stay current with changes in real estate regulations and share insights with the team to adapt processes accordingly.
- Proactively identify issues within transactions and collaborate with internal teams to find timely and effective resolutions.
- Scrutinize all transaction documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established regulations and LPT Realty standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Real Estate, or a related field or Real Estate License.
- Proven experience in real estate compliance, pre-closing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of real estate regulations, contracts, and transaction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to real estate compliance.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
