High volume locally owned BBQ cooking facility looking for new AM cook.
Responsibilities include:
Loading meat on/off smoker
Trimming meat (knife skills)
Temping food
Food prep
Following given recipes and instructions
Requires:
Clean driving record
High attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
General care and maintenance of kitchen and equipment.
Must take direction well
Functions independently with little direction
Fast paced and quick learner
WA Food Handlers card
Restaurant experience a plus, but not required.
STRONG EMPHASIS ON MATURITY AND ABILITY TO HANDLE A HIGH DEGREE OF RESPONSIBILITY.
Shift starts at 4 a.m. Must be available weekends. Full time. Please submit resume with references. Interviews starting ASAP.
