THE JOB:
It is the responsibility of the Dispatcher to provide excellent internal and external Guest Service by using excellent service and communication skills to support the guest, engineers and other departments in their goals.
THE STARTING RATE: $19.53
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
-
Manage computerized maintenance management systems; such as to prioritize, manage and dispatch maintenance team

Recognize required needs of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task; own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction;

answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas

Prioritize guest requests/dispatches

Knowledgeable of Hotel information to answer guest inquiries, and work under minimal supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner

Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Strong and proficient computer skills
-
Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS), HotSOS, or Opera platforms
-
Six (6) months of experience in guest services
-
Familiar and comfortable using two-way radios
