The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and supporting recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of HR tasks and adept at ensuring the smooth operation of HR policies and procedures. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, initial training sessions and ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Developing and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare HR reports and analyze data as needed.
- Prepare termination paperwork.

Assist with HRIS implementation as needed

Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs.

Assist with survey distribution and collection.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
