Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing the development team and overseeing the development of software applications and systems. You will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the development team is meeting deadlines and requirements and will be responsible for designing and implementing new software solutions.
The Day-to-Day:

Experience with full life cycle of application development

Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance, Enhancement

Ability to write testable and scalable code for programs

ASP.NET MVC, C#, Javascript/JQuery/AngularJS
-
Experience with Dev Ops and Azure
-
Strong back-end development experience

Ability to follow/apply OOP design principles and patterns

Microsoft SQL server experience – proficient with proper database design and normalization

Ability to communicate objectives and manage to completion of objectives

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the team meets deadlines and requirements

Provide technical oversight and ensure software quality standards are met

Develop and manage project plans and timelines
-
Ability to educate junior developers on best practices

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
-
Ability to document processes, design patterns and procedures for the PQ team
Preferred Skills:

PHP

Entity Framework experience
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in software development and project management
-
Experience leading a development team
