Position Summary: Reports to the Manager. The Cashier/Barista must embody and execute the standards set forth by the company. The Barista’s responsibilities are the following and may include tasks deemed fit by the Shift Leader, General Manager and Executive Team. Baristas also receive tips which are an extra 7-9$ an hour.
Availability: Open availability preferred including holidays. Weekends are a must.
- Mastery of all menu items, POS station and other equipment
- Ability to follow company recipes and procedures

- Requirements:
- TB Clearance
- Food Handler’s Certificate
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in various software and equipment necessary to perform job functions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0°- 95°F
- Able to stand for long periods, constantly reach and bend
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
