Position Overview:
Benchmark believes having a positive attitude uplifts everyone around you. This is especially important for our HR Coordinator as they serve as a point of contact for employee questions. The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting a variety of HR processes with an emphasis on ticket management and HR system administration.

Essential Functions of the Role:

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions through the HR ticketing system, troubleshooting basic items and escalating complex issues.

Maintain employee information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including position, status, and name changes.

Monitor Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license changes and ensure all required agreements are executed.
- Prepare and send regularly scheduled reporting for other departments.

Process and route all department mail via Zendesk.

Assist with processing employee onboarding and offboarding.

Coordinate Company unemployment responses.
- Monitor expiring documents related to the I-9 and complete reverifications as required.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees.

Coordinate and track compliance projects, such as Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR’s), performance reviews, and labor law postings.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

Two years of HR experience required.

Prior HR experience preferred.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
Education/Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
