Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, assisting with orders, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your empathetic approach, communication skills, and product knowledge will contribute to enhancing the well-being of our customers. Join us in making a positive impact on individuals' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound/outbound calls throughout the day as well as face to face conversations with walk-in patients.
- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) and provide accurate and timely assistance.
- Delivering medical equipment to hospital rooms when a request is made.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the database.
- Teach/demonstrate medical equipment assembly and use to patients on an as needed basis.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
