Behavior Technician (ABA Paraprofessional)
Level Ahead Georgia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (ABA Paraprofessional) to join our growing practice! Behavior Technicians work one on one with clients with autism and related disorders in their homes/communities, under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral intervention to clients in individual sessions

Work together with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor to implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs in accordance with best practices in ABA therapy

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data for each session using our electronic data collection platform

Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients and their families

Maintain active communication with clients, families, BCBA supervisors, and Level Ahead's admin team
Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in the field of ABA

Education/experience in education, special education, or mental health fields preferred

Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent

Access to reliable transportation, active drivers license and car insurance, travel required

Must be punctual, professional, and able to implement direct intervention sessions without daily supervision independently
