Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative that is forward-thinking and can hit the ground running representing one of the largest telecommunications brands in Cincinnati. Working with the latest technology, our Customer Service Representative will demonstrate what products are being offered, as well as how the services operate. In order to do this, we are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills to thoroughly explain the services our clients provide. As well as the patience and professionalism to deliver customers with the best-in-class technology and customer experience.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between Verizon and the customer
- Recommend Verizon's products and services that will best suit the customer's lifestyle needs
- Build genuine relationships with customers by establishing a common ground and trust in order to create an exceptional customer service and sales experience on behalf of Verizon
- Answer questions with professionalism, honesty and transparency
- Escalate any concerns or issues to the appropriate department in a timely manner and communicate quality solutions directly to the customer
- Provide quality account support throughout the sales cycle and order delivery to drive customer retention
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Verizon's products and services to sustain a competitive edge against other competitors in the market
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High School Education / GED is required
- Highly organized and communicative with both colleagues and customers
- Must be confident public speaking in order to present information to customers in a clear and concise approach that will help to close sales
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment that is based on innovative technology
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to ensure that all customer's needs are being met in a timely manner

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
