```Duties```
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Adapt and modify curriculum materials to meet the unique learning needs of each student
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in various subjects, including math, reading, and writing
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills development
- Collaborate with other special education staff, general education teachers, and related service providers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for students
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to guide instructional practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance, attendance, and behavior
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $45,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
