Customer Service Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Sales Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will oversee the customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Duties:
- Communicate company goals to ensure CSR’s understand roles and expectations
- Listen to recorded calls to evaluate & grade CSR performance
- Develop and provide continual skills training to CSR’s
- Evaluate and anticipate call volumes based on key criteria
- Manage staff scheduling based upon call volume schedules and projections
- Analyze customer service metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, and concerns,
- Supervising and training CSR's to deliver exceptional service
- Leadership in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
Experience:
- Progressive experience in telemarketing or call center environment including training and or management
- Strong customer focus and professional telephone manner.
- Communication skills that allow you to advise, help and inform - customers, CSR’s, dispatchers, technicians and management.
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills, conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work well under pressure, providing recommendations and solutions

Pay: $38,572.63 - $45,000.00 per year
