Description:
Under limited supervision, the Commercial Lending Clerk will provide administrative support to process, close, and service business and consumer loans. The Support Specialist will assist Loan Officers in preparing, processing, closing, and servicing business loan applications; review and process Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) documentation, Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) claims, and debt protections claims; verify and balance billing and calculate payment changes related to CPI; file business, consumer, and mortgage loan documents with appropriate agencies; order appraisals and distribute funds for payments; process Title work, Certificates of Existence, and other documents required for loan completion; receive financial reports and insurance documents from owners and conduct audits and reviews; and complete any other duties as assigned. The position will assist in preparing department reports, tracking, and processing of data.
This position will manage Sage works, loan applications and closing files.
This position will work abnormal hours due to incoming calls from Commercial Team Leaders.
Requirements:
