Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Manager - Operations & Support, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's day-to-day operations. This includes strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and business development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in operations management, and the ability to lead both people and processes effectively. Must be available on weekdays and weekends, with significantly less need on weekends.
