We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant who is positive, flexible, personable, highly organized, and cooperative. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of daily office operations, possess excellent communication skills, enjoy multi-tasking, and have a desire to take on new responsibilities. This role requires professionalism in dealing with both internal and external customers across various communication platforms. The Office Assistant will be a data-driven team player who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and provide exceptional customer support. This position reports directly to the Office Manager.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls and email communications, resolving questions and concerns, and providing excellent and prompt customer service.

Utilize our CRM system to manage customer communications, create new customer profiles, generate work orders, and enter job-costing receipts and other expenses.

Apply customer payments, monitor, report, and manage communication of past due accounts.

Manage utility bills, reconcile statements, and continuously monitor receipt entry for accurate and organized month-end information.

Work closely with company owners, managers, and staff members to provide general support as needed.

Use Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Maintain filing systems with a high level of organization.

Perform general office clerk duties as assigned.

Maintain office supply inventory.

1 year of experience in Service Industry Office Support (Required).

Experience in the Green Industry (Preferred but not required).

High School Diploma or equivalent.
