Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding the business, working on a winning proposal, building a strong client relationship, attending meetings, building great network to obtain security guard services projects within California.
Duties:
- Use the sales platform and communicate properly with the potential clients to bring projects for the company.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Track properly the potential leads, input them in a spreadsheet or CRM
- Build and maintain relationships with new customers
- Present and demonstrate our security guard services firm to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, after getting approval from top management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Experience:
- Proven experience in Business Development and sales, preferably in the security guard services industry or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends
- Proficiency in using ZoomInfo & Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation. As a Business Development and Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity for career growth and development within our organization, in addition to the hourly wage, you will get commission and Bonus, this will be discussed more during the in person interview.
