Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Commission-Based Salesperson to join our team in the staffing and consulting industry. Your primary role will be to generate new business and build strong relationships with clients. You will identify potential customers, present our staffing solutions, and close deals to meet their hiring and global payroll consulting needs. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing and consulting needs.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings to showcase our staffing solutions and services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any post-sale inquiries or concerns from clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing and consulting industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the staffing and consulting industry.
- Bilingual abilities to better serve a diverse client base.
- Formal sales training or certification.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Commission Rate (s):
- 5% - 20% of annual revenue per closed deal.
- Renewal Commission: 2% - 5% of annual revenue per renewed contract.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional 2% - 5% commission, paid Quarterly.
