DevCo is seeking a full-time Planning Manager to join our team in Texas! The Planning Manager is responsible for enhancing the company's and its affiliates’ reputation with jurisdictions, architects, engineers, and consultants. The Planning Manager will assist the Development Manager with site, site planning and utility feasibility, researching constructability issues, development applications, project programing and pre-construction. The Planning Manager will work to ensure that each project transitions from development to construction with a fully coordinated design, ready to be constructed. Pay Details: $120K-$150K + bonus potential.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm/Flexible Remote/Some Travel May Be Required
Job Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on coordination with permitting jurisdictions.
- Lead coordinating consultant selection and permitting for developments.

Prepare budgets and schedules for pre-construction activities for each project.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 5-7 years of applicable multi-family or commercial industry experience. LIHTC experience a plus.

2-3 years leading in diligence and titlement permitting required.

Experience working in the Texas metro areas highly preferred.
