```Job Overview```
Best Option Restoration of Gwinnett is seeking a skilled Mitigation Project Manager to join our team. As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the entire lifecycle of water/mold/fire damage losses, from fielding incoming calls to obtaining a Certificate of Completion (among other duties). This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
```Responsibilities```
- Respond, Scope and Determine Proper Mitigation protocol on all assigned losses.
- Promptly respond to incoming calls for prospective water/mold/fire losses.
- Establish relationships with customers, acting as a liaison for support and guidance as we restore their properties back to pre-loss conditions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal office staff, insurance agents, property managers, and tenants.
- Ensure efficiency and IICRC standards are continuously upheld.
- Rotation on-call for emergency services.
```Requirements```
- 12+ Years of Restoration Project Management/Insurance Claims /Industry experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in-person.
- IICRC WRT Certification .
- Xactimate estimating experience.
- MICA experience.
- Experience with program related work.
- Extremely reliable with strong problem-solving & management skills.
- Must possess or be open to developing a new outlook on the importance of your personal and professional growth.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required.
- Clean MVR required.

Pay: $42.00 per hour
