They are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join their dynamic team in Houston.
Job Description: As a Concrete Foreman, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing concrete projects from start to finish. Your expertise will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of concrete construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concrete crew.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan concrete projects.
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Oversee the mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Certification in construction management or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
