Job summary:
Work shift for this position: 5:00pm - 1:30am
Inspects and directs the work performed by the employees to ensure work performed meet contract specification. Inspects carpets, and hard surfaces to ensure that they are cleaned. Meets with customers to schedule special projects and enter information into the ESCT System. Maintains a high level of productivity while working safely and dependably. Work effectively with other team members and continue to improve and develop skills and knowledge.

Direct Supervisor: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Essential Functions:
- Directs and performs work assignments for various housekeeping duties; conducts inspections to check the completion of work assignments and ensure compliance to contract specifications.
- Responsible for the orientation of new employees in order to provide appropriate training. Demonstrate proper techniques to perform the specific tasks the employee is assigned. Trains employees on proper safety equipment.
- Identify training and development needs of the team members and as assigned, train the new and existing employee on proper cleaning and floor techniques. Ensure employees have adequate supplies and equipment.
- Inform the Project manager of any behaviors or incidents detrimental to the relationship with the customer or requirements to the contract. Contact the project manager by phone, or email to inform them of an incident that requires their immediate response and follow any instructions given.
- Due to the nature of the work being performed, punctual and regular attendance is required.
- The ability to coordinate and schedule floor projects accordingly with the customer. Also be able to maintain floor projects using ESCT System.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years of related experience and/or training
- Previous supervisory experience required
Minimum Experienced Required:
Ability to operate stripping , polishing and shampooing equipment such as electrical buffing, scrubbing and extractor machines, electric dry foam shampoo machines.,vacuum, battery operated and self-propelled floor scrubber and carpet machines. 2 years experience is a must. Working knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment and safety practices as related to work.
Skills Required:
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to read and understand service requests, container labels, product information, and directions on cleaning chemicals and other materials. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with problems info several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer skills is a must, but not required.
Summary:

Equipment Used: Computer/tablet/laptop, office machinery (fax/copier); May occasionally use housekeeping equipment on sites such as stripping, polishing, and shampooing equipment such as electrical buffing scrubbing and extractor machines, electric dry foam shampoo machine, vacuum, battery operated and self-propelled floor scrubber, carpet shampoo machines and any other related equipment.
