We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations over the phone, online, and in person
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality management, or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
- Knowledge of hotel industry practices and standards
