Sales Representative
Key Marketing Advantage is a Direct Marketing Agency in business for 20 years. The New Business Sales Representative position will be responsible for acquiring new KMA Clients through various in-person sales calls, networking, relationship building, and cold-calling. Specifically, the position is responsible for sales of KMA’s enterprise Direct Marketing, Digital and Analytical Solutions, along with List & Data sales.
The candidate should have prior experience in sales, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. They will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and collaborate well with other teams within the company.
This position is fulltime, onsite in our Newtown, Connecticut office.

Job Requirements:
- College Degree
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be adaptable to working in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Multi-tasked with the ability to prioritize
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
