Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at an 18-bed residential treatment center for 14- to 17-year-old boys on a beautiful property in Woodbury, Connecticut. The Woodbury, CT team includes psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more.
We are seeking an LPN or RN to provide nursing care to our clients. Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to provide quality treatment and care.
Schedule
We have part time and full time opportunities available for both day and evening shifts. Weekends are a must.
Pay
LPN: $32-$35 per hour
RN: $42-$45 per hour
Both come with substantial shift differentials!
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex information in plain language
- Experience working in the field of mental health, addiction treatment preferred.
- Ability to work with people of various ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations
- Sound technical, organizational, and priority setting nursing skills
- Proven leadership skills
