Job Description
Prestigious financial firm in downtown Chicago is immediately seeking an Administrative Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! This is a true support role in the HR department and will involve heavy scheduling in Outlook, maintaining applicant tracking system, post and manage job listings on job boards, act as point of contact with staffing agencies, and assist with various special projects as needed. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a team-oriented mentality, and act with a sense of urgency. 3+ years of admin experience is required.
