Job Summary Warehouse Picker
A warehouse picker’s primary responsibility is to pick orders using a voice automated headset and electric pallet jack/walkie rider efficiently and accurately. Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
Responsibilities

Accurately pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using voice audio headset

Hand stack cases in defined pattern of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to pallet jack/walkie rider throughout the duration of the shift

Shrink wrap customers’ orders and label pallets properly

A warehouse picker must maintain a minimum standard of 180 cases picked per hour.

Strive to have no pick errors

Operate layer picker lift when needed.

Restock using computerize RF unit.

Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
-
Must be able to work in fast paced environment
-
Pickers must be able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend and reach overhead.

Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays

Must be able to work in multi-temperature environments

Technology skills a must as the picker will be working with RF Guns and IPADS

Basic math and analytical skills required

Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including: Repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs overhead), bending, pulling/pushing (Push/pull up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler)
