We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our established company in Fort Worth, Texas. As the CFO, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. If you are a highly organized professional with a strong background in finance working in healthcare, preferably in the skilled nursing industry, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management, including financial reporting and revenue cycle operations.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss to the CEO; recommend necessary adjustments to achieve budgeted results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Serve in the lead role in contract negotiations with existing and potential vendors and in coordinate all legal activity.
- Analyze new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risk.
- Manage cash flow and ensure funds availability.
- Manage capital request, construction team and the budgeting process.
- Represent company to banks, and other financial partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a CFO in a similar financial management role in healthcare, preferably in the skilled nursing industry
- Strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of banking and lending transaction
- Experience in acquisition and divestitures
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lead teams and motivate others
- A willingness to work in the DFW office daily, and the availability to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
